Identify a core budget by agreeing a % of your own marketing budget you all agree could be put to better use by combining your efforts as a collective. |

Brain Storm your ideas for a marketing brand which represents your destination and talk to us about your ideas and how to present them to others. |

Identify and contact 16 other hotels in your destination which could join in. You can also seek other interested parties like a local entertainment venue. |

Invite them to an information meeting - Present your ideas - we can help with a proven format. |
7 |
Gain their commitment to join in principle - Get them to sign that they are committed and collect a token deposit payment. |
