What is involved in being
a Destination Alliances
franchisee?

• You will start with a 5-day training course covering every aspect of the programme, the systems and the support that Destination Alliances offers
• Destination Alliances will then help you identify the first Alliance destination local to you, using their proprietary ARFA system
• Your next step will be to meet the local movers and shakers in tourism, who will help you set up your Alliance
• Destination Alliances will work with you to set up and run a Destination Discovery Workshop
• This will be followed by the recruitment of Alliance members, who you will work with to define the local brand, with the help of the Destination Alliances’ marketing team.
• You will then work with your Alliance to launch and run their Alliance marketing, with full support from us
• Once your first Alliance is up and running, you can start the process all over again with another local town in need of Destination Alliances’ support
